We're trying to reach out to the thousands of Customer Service & Support professionals working and living in the Austin, Texas area by growing an organic, grass-roots network using word-of-mouth, Web 2.0 tools like Facebook and Linked-In, and identifying businesses and vendors that can add value while promoting our group and its members.

Our aim is to build a network, share ideas, teach new skills, discuss the many and varied roles we have, and overall help one another out so both Austin and our families can all benefit from a vibrant economy, rewarding careers, and a well connected community.
